If you have forgotten your password and you have provided answers to security questions, you can reset it yourself.
Security questions are answered when you activate your account, or any time in eCentre.
After resetting you will need to update your password on your mobile devices! (iPad, iPhone, Android, Tablet, etc…) Failure to do so may result in your account being locked due to device connection requests supplying the incorrect(old) password.
